There is a mini comic inspired in a scene from Hazbin Hotel. Yep, I've already finished watching all the episodes. ✨☺️ For me it was really worth it, I liked it a lot and the Welcome to Heaven episode is a gem. 😂.

Also it's been a while since I made mini comics, so I decided to make one of my babies. 🥰 Hope you like it!

I know that Brave gets a lot of hate from people (looking at you Schaffrillas) and I get it, but you also have to understand how important Brave was to me and to so many other little girls when it came out.

I remember going to watch that movie in the cinema when I was 6 and I remember just relating so much to Merida. I didn't know why I liked her so much, why she spoke so much to me, but I remember leaving that cinema with a new favorite princess. Merida was a princess but she didn't fit the image of a princess that me and so many others had. She was "rude", boyish, tough, loud, energetic, brave, and she didn't want to get married to a prince. And the most important thing for me is that, by the end of the film, she stayed like that. That, sure, those were considered "bad attributes" by her mother and Merida did change by the end of the film, but she was still her loud, boyish self and her mom learned how to respect that.

Now, you have to understand that I was a 6 year old girl who the only adult life that had experienced was your typical heteronormative relationships. Until that point in my live the only princess that I knew was the the shy, delicate, damsel in distress who always marry the prince in the end Disney princess. I didn't know that not getting married was a choice. I didn't know that I could be loud and rude and energetic and out spoken and Still be a princess. Sure latter on I figured out that I was aromantic and definitely not cis but that is not what this is about. I was a little girl, who shared all of those characteristics with Merida, finally being represented! By a Princess, non the less!

All of this to say that Brave may not be the best movie but by god is Merida my favorite princess

Should it get a sequel? Pixar edition

From a girl who’s very biased and opinionated (Note I’ll be including Pixar movies that already have sequels, so for that it’ll be a question of if they should have another one)

Toy Story: dear god we do not need five of these movies, please leave this series alone already

A Bug’s Life: for fucks sake Pixar I will literally pay you to make a goddamn sequel already

Monsters Inc: no, it already has a prequel and a series

Finding Nemo: mehh, I lean more towards no. Marlin and Dory’s stories have been completed. What else is there to tell?

The Incredibles: I feel like just one more movie would be great. Make it about Violet and Dash discovering their true potential!

Cars: lmao no. McQueen is retired, end of story

Ratatouille: no

WALL-E: no

Up: no, the Dug shorts are good enough.

Brave: no

Inside Out: it’s already getting one, and I haven’t seen it yet so it’s too soon to judge but I’m going to say it doesn’t need a third

The Good Dinosaur: no

Coco: no

Onward: while more worldbuilding would be cool, its story is complete to me

Soul: no

Luca: possibly. I think a sequel about the underdogs reuniting that next summer and discovering how much has changed for them, as they’ve grown up, would be interesting to explore

Turning Red: again, maybe..I feel like there’s potential for a sequel but I’m not entirely sure

Lightyear: no

Elemental: maybe? I feel like a series would be better fit for these characters

After doing a crossover collage on the Disney Queens from Brave and Wish, I decided to do another Brave/Wish collage. If it wasn't for xXRavenGodXx I might not have made this collage or the previous one I did of Elinor and Amaya. As it was xXRavenGodXx who created the cross ship, Meridasha (Merida x Asha) in the first place.

Reading LoTR, I imagined Galadriel's hair pretty much like in the film, just a different shade. But then I read Silmarillion, and ever since, magical blonde Merida-style hair are the only thing I can imagine.

A little context of the edit, it is the typical Friends to Lovers adapted into the Hogwarts AU.

This was probably one of the first fake food sculptures I’ve made. Brave had me in a chokehold when I was little and I was crazy obsessed with the food, specifically the spell cake. I made this in 2021 and I turned it into a magnet fairly recently. It sadly doesn’t look as good as when I first made it cause I had to replace the “sugar” (baby powder) with paint.
